On the condition of equipped with milling head, the machine can finish machining different processes workpeice after one time clamping, suitable for aviation, wind power, shipbuilding, power generation, machine tools, printing, mold and other manufacturing , semi-finishing and finishing, can also be used for rough processing. The equipment mainly has the following features:
1. Adopt column move, cross beam move structure (fixed beam is optional)
2. The worktable of the vertical lathe with C axis adopts hydrostatic guideway and has indexing function . adopting double servo motor master-slave control. when milling, through the double motor for electrical backlash elimination and control worktable indexing, which ensure high indexing accuracy.
3. The lathe bed adopt hydrostatic guideway synchronous drive by double servo motor, full closed loop control. (Y axis)
4. The milling ram slide horizontal move adopt hydrostatic guideway,driven by high precision ball screw ( gear-rack drive is optional), full closed loop control (X axis)
5. The milling ram vertical move adopt slide guideway (hyarostatic guideway is optional), full closed loop control (Z axis)
6. Achieve four axis linkage

1. Training in workshops (for free)
2. Training in buyers company (for charge,normally two or three days needed )
1st day: Inspection cable connection,the finished foundation is qualified guide customer know each components name and functions as well
2nd day: demo and teach user to use customer workpieces processing workpiece and See the buyer operating the machine separately
3rd day: Review all operation step and learn each parts maintenance method.

2. Through see customer actual photos or short video, using discussed group or email or video meeting or phone call give solutions immediately
3. Use remote monitor to inspection
4. Dispatch engineer go to customer workshops onsite
